Inspector of Works - Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit-out and interior finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance, work sequence, and progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct site checks on materials, mock-ups, and samples to ensure conformity to approved standards.
• Identify and highlight non-conformities or defects and follow up on rectification works.
• Coordinate closely with design consultants, contractors, and project team to resolve site issues and design clarifications.
• Support testing and commissioning of completed fit-out areas and assist in the handover process.
