- Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract quality blue‑collar partners (especially cleaners) based on business needs.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, and interviews to ensure Tasker quality and readiness.
- Organise onboarding sessions to help new Taskers understand service standards, company policies, and platform usage.
Engagement & Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with Taskers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.Act as the main point of contact to support Taskers with operational issues or concerns.Organise training and engagement activities to improve service quality, safety awareness, and customer care.Collect feedback and insights from Taskers to continuously enhance their working experience.Performance Monitoring & Quality Support
Track Tasker performance, service quality, and customer feedback.Coordinate with internal teams to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.Support initiatives to motivate and recognise high‑performing Taskers.Administration & Reporting
Maintain and update Tasker profiles, training records, and performance data.Prepare regular reports on Tasker recruitment, engagement, and quality metrics.Propose initiatives to strengthen the Tasker community and improve operational efficiency.Required Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship management skills.Ability to engage and influence blue‑collar partners effectively.Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.Experience in community management, customer service, or field operations is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Adaptable, proactive, and results‑oriented.Seniority level : Entry level
