Job descriptionManage office supplies, stationery, and inventory. Handle basic office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Support coordination of meetings, training sessions, and staff events. Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, and memos. Liaise with vendors and service providers when required. Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (HR / Business Administration is an advantage). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of HR or admin functions is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Positive working attitude and willingness to learn. Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in a leading company within the logistics and supply chain industry. This role is suitable for candidates with SPM or Diploma qualifications, who are eager to build their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources Support :
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Support onboarding process for new employees (preparing documents, staff orientation).
- Maintain and update employee records (hardcopy and digital).
- Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Handle staff queries and provide general HR support.
