The Role : HR & Finance Coordinator

As an HR & Finance Coordinator, you will manage HR tasks like tracking employee leave, clock-ins / outs, and supporting onboarding / offboarding. You'll also assist with finance duties, including client payment tracking. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, finance, or administrative support
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage employee records, track leave, and monitor daily clock-ins / outs
• Demonstrated ability to proactively execute HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and training schedules
• Experience in managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel, comfortable with HR systems or tools for tracking
• Detail-oriented and reliable with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
• Able to manage timelines, track employee status, and assist in team coordination
