QC Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Supervisor / Engineer to join our team at NSEC Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our products consistently meet customer requirements and industry standards, while driving improvements across our QC operations. This is a leadership position that requires strong technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to guide and support a team of QC Inspectors.

What you will be doing

• Approve and monitor daily schedules, shipment schedules, delivery commitments, and time-off requests.
• Work closely with the QC Leader to review tasks, plan inspection activities, and ensure shipment and delivery goals are met.
• Initiate and oversee internal and external training for QC Inspectors.
• Generate reports including Corrective Actions (customer complaints), First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, Final QC reports, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) when required.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare audit readiness, and support the HoD in implementing quality systems compliant with NSEC standards.
• Monitor calibration schedules for all equipment to prevent delays.
• Provide guidance and feedback to QC Leaders and Inspectors, while ensuring compliance with industry rules and regulations.
• Lead by example in maintaining workplace discipline, resolving conflicts, and upholding 5S housekeeping standards.
