Overview

Involve in create specification for Audio System and system evaluation. Measure, diagnose and solve audio system problems during design phase. Support Dolby / DTS evaluation. Document design work, prepares reports and report testing results to designers. Co-work with engineers from various discipline on SQ, software and audio hardware design for all TV chassis.

Picture Quality (PQ) Team

Specialize in TV Picture Quality design. Create specification for Picture Quality function and study new technology for PQ improvement. Conduct studies, analysis and confirm data within specification and SONY standard. Troubleshoot and investigate all design and factory issue. Conduct evaluation including panel quality check.

Video System Team

Involve in Video System design for all platform- understand microprocessor function and control for video signal processing. Create and define Video Specification. Measure, evaluate, analyze and improve Video signal processing design to meet design criteria. Responsible for production and market support. To investigate design / market issue related to picture video signal. Work with engineers in others disciplines (QA, SW, Production & Product Design) & IC vendor to produce the final products. Primarily involve in design of Panel Interface - create schematic design for panel interface based on Panel & SoC specification. Create system control specification for overall panel interface. Test & Evaluate hardware reliability and conformance to system control specification following Sony specification, V-By-One standard specification and Panel specification. Documents design work, prepares technical reports and reports design job progress.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent field. Practical knowledge and experience in basic analog and digital circuits or switch mode power supply circuit design. Knowledge and experience in consumer electronics new product design like power / audio / video / tuner / digital interface / RF system will be added advantage. Creative, passionate, independent and results driven. Interest / hobby in image / video correction / software (Photoshop) / audio etc
