who can craft clear, concise, and human-centered copy that guides users through seamless digital experiences. If you’re passionate about language, design, and making complex ideas feel simple—this role is for you. Job Description : Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive, user-friendly content across our digital platforms. Write compelling microcopy for user interfaces—buttons, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, and more. Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to ensure content and design work hand-in-hand. Translate complex financial concepts into language that’s clear, helpful, and accessible. Conduct research on user behavior, financial products, and industry trends to inform your writing. Iterate based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics. Help build and maintain our content style guide and UX writing best practices. Requirements : Proven experience as a

UX Writer, Content Strategist , or similar role—ideally in fintech, banking, or digital products. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write for digital interfaces and enhance user experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can explain your content decisions clearly and confidently. Ability to simplify complex ideas and maintain a consistent tone of voice. Familiarity with UX / UI principles, design tools, and agile workflows. Detail-oriented with a passion for clarity, consistency, and user empathy. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital environment. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices. Understanding of regulatory or compliance-related content in financial services. Seniority level :
