Senior Account Executive

Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar accounting role. Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance. Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software (Odoo, SQL, or similar ERP preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP / AR, invoices, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, monthly closing, cash flow statements, and expense tracking.
- Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support annual audit, tax submission, and statutory compliance (SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Assist management in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Manage employee records, payroll processing, and statutory contributions.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position. Working hours are 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
