Overview
Administrative Coordinator role at Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd.
Responsibilities
Prepare invoices for motorcycle dealers / partners and track payments; process motorcycle supplier invoices and manage payments within deadlines.
Oversee and maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle stock using the management system and Excel.
Ensure all vehicle documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, and licensing papers, is correct, complete, and compliant with regulations.
Conduct regular stock takes and audits to reconcile inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
Track and coordinate the movement of vehicles between branches, dealerships, or other third parties.
Daily checking of admin / front desk data entry and motorcycle stock listings.
Other ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
Possess a Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
