Technical Executive

Job Scope :

• Diagnosis & Troubleshooting : Inspect and identify faults, malfunctions, or performance issues in equipment or systems under group range of products (SPD, ELP Monitoring System, CPLR & others).
• Repair & Maintenance : Perform repairs, part replacements, and preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct functional and safety tests to confirm repairs meet operational specifications.
• Liaise with admin submission billing for Solar-log monitoring system activation & deactivation of plants before the next cycle.
• Technical Documentation : Maintain accurate records of repair activities, parts used, and customer service reports.
• Customer Support : Provide technical guidance to customers, explaining repair findings, solutions, and preventive measures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with procurement, inventory, and technical teams to ensure spare parts availability and timely service.
• Compliance & Safety : Follow company protocols, safety procedures, and environmental regulations during repair work.
• Ah-hoc on duties assigned by the Head of Department

Qualification Required :

Education : Diploma (any Electrical & Electronic / Solar Background)

Experience : Service & Repair (3 years' experience in Electronic components repairing field)

Specialized Skill(s :

Certification(s : Diploma and above
