We are seeking a proactive IT PMO Business Analyst with expertise in governance, policies, and process documentation to support our Post-Merger Integration team. This role involves developing governance frameworks, facilitating requirements gathering, authoring policies, designing templates, analyzing processes, and ensuring compliance within the PMO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including policies, SOPs, and templates.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Author clear policies, guidelines, and process documentation.
• Design and manage project management templates for consistency.
• Analyze and optimize existing PMO processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Use project data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Support business case development with a focus on governance impact.
