Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large‑scale branded and transaction‑oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not‑to‑be‑missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year‑round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Job Description

This role is based in our Sunway VISIO Tower office.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role supports the HR Manager in delivering effective HR solutions aligned with our organizational goals. You will be a key player in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency in our multicultural, fast‑paced MNC environment. Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing HR support across Malaysia and other regional offices.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating communications, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist in organising training and development programs that align with business and employee needs.
• Ensure HR compliance with local Labour laws and company policies.
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement activities, surveys, and process improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with HR metrics tracking for management review.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote a positive workplace culture.
