Salary : Competitive, up to RM12,000 / month, commensurate with experience
About the Role : Our client, a diversified business group with operations in Property Development, Memorial Park, Plantation, Investment Holding, and Solar Investment, is seeking a hands-on Strategic HR (HR Business Partner). The role will focus on partnering with business heads to drive talent development, HR digitalization, and organizational engagement while strengthening cross-site collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to map out career progression and departmental training needs.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal frameworks, training programs, and HR system improvements.
- Conduct 360° feedback exercises and advise managers on HR policies, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and togetherness across multiple sites.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize HR processes and optimize system utilization.
- Support on-ground HR operations, providing guidance to branches and HQ as needed.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, updating the intranet handbook, and promoting awareness across departments.
Qualifications
Hands-on HR professional with experience in SME or mid-sized family businesses (non-manufacturing preferred).Comfortable working in evolving organizational structures with flexible KPIs.Proficiency in Mandarin & Hokkien preferred.Ability to travel between HQ and branch offices.Strong interpersonal, advisory, and problem-solving skills.Experience in career development, performance management, and HR system improvement is highly desirable.Details
