Mathematics Teacher for Primary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to inspire and educate young learners at the primary level. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters students' curiosity, critical thinking, and love for science and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teaching & Learning : Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics in line with the curriculum. Use a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Monitor, assess, and provide timely feedback on student progress and performance. Prepare students for internal and external examinations. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Curriculum & Assessment : Contribute to curriculum planning and development for the Mathematics department. Design assignments, quizzes, projects, and tests to evaluate student understanding. Analyze assessment results to identify learning gaps and implement intervention strategies.
• Classroom Management : Establish clear expectations for behavior and learning in the classroom. Manage student conduct in accordance with school policies. Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
• Professional Duties : Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions. Communicate effectively with parents / guardians regarding student progress and concerns. Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment programs.
