Job descriptionBachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or its relevant field. Passion in a wide spectrum of human resources functions is desired. Responsibilities :
- Responsible for staff on-boarding procedure including new hires checklist and briefing, prepar-ing information for data entry etc.
- Provide support on HRIS maintenance, create awareness via video creation.
- Liaise with any vendors for any related matters / correspondence.
- Support in learning and development related activities.
- Create and ensure a positive working environment is provided to all employee and alert any malfunction and take prompt action when required.
- Participates initiatives that supports / enhances a positive work environment for employees as and when required (social activities, team event etc, as appropriate).
- Assist any other ad-hoc Human Resource matters as and when required.
