Job descriptionDiploma or Part 1 Degree in Architecture or any related field. Good understanding of building regulations and construction detailing. Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp software. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Able to start work immediately. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 9.00am – 5.00pm (Monday – Friday) 9.00am – 1.00pm (Saturday) EPF & SOCSO Annual leave Allowance / Overtime pay
Job Scope
- Prepare and draft detailed shop drawings for prefabricated houses.
- Design and develop layout plans for prefab houses based on clients’ needs and requirements.
- Create 3D models and visualizations of prefab houses when necessary for presentation and client understanding.
