MTE Company, established in December 2010 as a joint-venture with the Mahajak Group of Thailand, specializes in the sourcing, sale, and distribution of professional sound equipment and entertainment lighting. Our product range includes loudspeakers, audio mixers, amplifiers, signal processors, microphones, video-audio control systems, and more. We also offer system integration services, consultancy, technical advice, training on sound solutions, and testing and repair services. We hold distributorship rights for renowned brands such as Robert Bosch, Shure, Studer, AEQ, and HARMAN Professional, and have extensive experience working with these products.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Puchong. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations. Daily tasks include helping customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, updating inventory records, and supporting the sales team with various tasks. The role requires maintaining a good understanding of all the products we offer and offering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of professional sound equipment and audio solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical advice to customers.
• Experience with system integration and technical consultancy is a plus.
• Ability to conduct training on sound solutions and provide onsite support.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
