The Advanced Reforming Process Engineer will play a critical role in our process engineering team, providing technical leadership and support for manufacturing facilities worldwide, based in our Kuala Lumpur Technology Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide active technical leadership and assist the organization in goal setting, sharing technical and organizational knowledge.
• Support process modeling sustainment and deployment.
• Mentor and train less experienced engineers.
• Provide reforming process engineering and technical support to ExxonMobil and third‑party licensee manufacturing sites.
• Support capital projects involving reforming and / or hydroprocessing engineering, ensuring efficient use of capital.
• Lead or support troubleshooting, improvement opportunities, and value capture initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of equipment.
• Support successful installation, commissioning, and operationalizing of new or revamped facilities, including unit turnarounds.
