Manage travel medical claims end-to-end for Allianz Partners, supporting customers across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia with clear communication and accurate decisions.
Your role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Manage assigned claims from notification / registration through to closure
- Review coverage, validate documents, and calculate benefits within authority
- Initiate payments and draft clear, professional claim decision letters
- Maintain accurate reserves, data entry, and case notes in the system
- Track claim progress and coordinate with Finance on rebilling
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with timely resolutions
- Liaise with providers, policyholders, and partners to gather information and explain decisions
- Support team projects and ad hoc tasks; collaborate to ensure seamless handovers
About you
What you'll need :
Diploma or Degree (any field)1–2 years’ experience in medical claim assessment; fresh graduates welcomeAdvantage : insurance, medical, or travel assistance backgroundStrong English communication skills (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented, decisive, customer-focused, and a strong team playerCompensation & benefits
