Job descriptionMust be willing to frequent travel to cities such as Johor, Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore as required. Have own transport is a plus. At least 2 years of proven sales experience; experience in Automotive care industry is a plus. Diploma in any field. Skilled in Sales Management, including developing and executing effective sales strategies. Experienced in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients through various methods. Strong in Client Relationship Management, capable of building and maintaining long-term partnerships. Excellent Negotiation skills to successfully close mutually beneficial deals. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal) to engage effectively with diverse clients and colleagues. Able to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, opportunities, and competition. Strong command of Closing Techniques to convert leads into successful sales. Willing to work full-time and be based at the Johor Bahru office. - Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet targets and grow the customer base in Johor Bahru, Penang, KL.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting product / service value.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales progress, prepare reports, and update the sales manager regularly.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and share customer feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
