Job descriptionAttract new clients for product labels, packaging solutions, and offset printing services. Identify and connect with potential clients, expanding the company's customer base. Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Manage negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements to finalize deals. Perform market research to identify industry trends and customer needs. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients. Gather and present sales reports and strategies designed to achieve company goals. Provide mock-ups, samples, or product showcases as part of the client engagement process. Implement up-selling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue from each customer. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Take part in industry events or trade shows to promote the company and generate leads. Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
