Talent Hunter at TIMESCONSULT. We’re seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design and manage compensation, benefits, and mobility programs that align with the company's business goals and culture. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and conduct market benchmarking
- Lead job evaluations, pay range reviews, and job architecture mapping
- Manage employee benefits and advise on global mobility policies
- Support HR projects (e.g. incentive plans, recognition programs)
- Provide data-driven insights and guidance to HR teams
- Partner with vendors and ensure compliance with legal standards
- Be the SME for the global mobility policy and advise on global mobility process
- Review existing policies against market standards and propose changes to attract and retain talent
Qualifications
6–8 years’ experience in C&B, preferably in MNCsStrong analytical skills and Excel proficiencyBusiness-savvy, detail-oriented, and collaborativeProactive mindset with strong execution and communication skillsSeniority level
