Job descriptionTo manage operations of the Assembly Dept including Customer Support Segment.Input to mold testing issues and defects of mold parts to Design, QC, Production and Sales Dept.Develop test plans and forms for data entry.Interpret test results and compare results to standards / requirement.Manage project time-lines by measuring individually with data sheet.Perform time studies, calculate standard times.Testing and qualification of mold (and associated custom-designed tools / machines) from Assembly Dept. perspective prior to release to customer.Liaise with subcontractors to feedback problem.Document testing, enter data, store in appropriate location.Liaise with Purchasing to ensure on time delivery of all commercial items.Approval of leave application and all necessary records.Arrange and set job priority in Assembly Dept.Provide technical know-how training of employees.Ensure housekeeping, safety and disciplinary measures are up kept.Technical documentation – assembly test results.Maintain database of part photos for use by Customer Service Support Segment.Perform other appropriate duties assigned by superior from time to time.Provide required inputs & participate in Management Reviews.Coordinate & assist in Continual Improvement, Corrective & Preventive Action.
