Production Component Technician

Responsibilities :

• Assist Engineers in improving production quality, yield, and output.
• Support Engineers in implementing process control and monitoring techniques.
• Execute and complete tasks as planned by the Engineer.
• Provide technical support to the production team.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspection, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance.
• Assist in setting up new processes and conducting related studies.
• Collect process data and report findings to the PC Engineer.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of processes; identify and troubleshoot deviations, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist PC Engineers in maintaining highly optimized processes.
• Document routine manufacturing processes accurately.
• Ensure strict adherence to process parameters and compliance with internal SOPs.
