Job description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our sales team. In this critical role, you’ll focus on retaining our valued customers and ensuring they continue to see the full benefit of our products. If you’re results-oriented with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reach out and negotiation to confirmation
  • Work closely with the Sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and / or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.); Ability to achieve success driving revenue expansion at renewal point
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
  • Identify Process gaps to improve efficiency
  • Ability to achieve success with at-risk customer renewals

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated understanding of revenue principles and revenue forecasting
  • Highly data-driven mindset and passion for analytics
  • Excellent communication skills (writing, listening, phone, documentation)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role ideally in SaaS companies
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and energetic team player
  • Capable of high performance and flexibility working in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with owning a renewal process E2E
  • Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal) in order to reach primary goals
  • Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mindset
