Sales Advisor

Overview

We are recruiting for a Sales Advisor to engage with customers, explain product features, and guide them through the sales process with after-sales support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide product information, explain features, and arrange test rides to support purchasing decisions.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, including after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Promote products, new stock, warranties, services, and promotions to maximize sales.
• Use walk-ins, online platforms, social media, and live sessions to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Qualifications

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9 : 30am to 6 : 30pm with 1 hour lunch break and 30 minutes tea / prayer time.
