Senior Technician - Maintenance MOL

Job Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools / fixtures for production used. Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment / tools / fixtures.

• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve yield.
• Seek a detail-oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage for this position, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to achieve precise and accurate equipment setups.
• Demonstrate observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshoot at an appropriate level and involve senior staff as needed.
• Communicate effectively with peers to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence.
• Derive continual improvement and effective use of resources.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
