Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their infrastructure needs across systems, storage, and cloud.
- Design and propose robust solutions using leading technologies (Dell EMC, NetApp, Synology, and beyond).
- Conduct system sizing and architecture planning to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and solution demonstrations to influence client decisions.
- Provide technical validation and support throughout the sales cycle, working closely with account teams.
- Share your technical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise with both colleagues and customers.
Requirements
Experience : Strong background in pre-sales, ideally with prior hands-on deployment / implementation experience.Systems Knowledge : Expertise with Dell EMC and solid exposure to NetApp and Synology storage solutions.AI Advantage (Highly Desirable) : Experience with GPU infrastructure setup or AI-related projects.Cloud & Virtualisation : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualisation technologies.Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills to be able to break down complex solutions in a persuasive, client-facing way.Benefits
