Training and Development

We provide foundational training and development opportunities, including departmental rotations, all under the supervision of experienced business leaders and mentors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in various departmental rotations (start from Sales) to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.
• Meeting with clients physically during sales visits.
• Demonstrate and present products effectively to potential clients.
• Discuss promotions and offers with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and solve their problems.
• Actively participate in sales team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in monitoring team performance and supporting team members in achieving their goals.
