• Plan, create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
• Live host for TikTok Shop and Shopee
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns
• Manage and update company website and product listings (if applicable)
• Create product promo videos, graphics, and reels
• Analyze digital campaign performance and generate reports
• Collaborate on new marketing ideas and seasonal campaigns
• Respond to online customer inquiries / messages (if needed)
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices
• Perform roadshows by creating awareness to public
