Responsibilities
Office Administration : Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, letters, and business documents as required. Maintain proper filing systems and ensure document confidentiality. Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and foreign counterparts as needed. Provide administrative support to Accounts, HR, and Finance departments when required. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. Market Research & Reporting : Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential customers. Prepare regular sales and market analysis reports for management review. Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen B2B partnerships. Finance & Administration : Liaise with banks and finance teams for payment matters. Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, banking, and contract documents. Team Coordination & Support : Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and assist. General Support : Perform general administrative duties and contribute to process improvements. Assist management in special projects and initiatives when needed. Advantages
