Job descriptionProfessional Degree in Investment, Corporate Finance, Finance / Accountancy, Law, or equivalent subjects. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in public listed company. Well-versed with Bursa’s Listing Requirements, SC related guidelines, and Companies Act. High level of integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance. Excellent teamwork and emotional intelligence, thrive in a dynamic working environment. Strong leadership, professional, and good communication and presentation skills to deal with all stakeholders. Hands-on, meticulous with good attention to detail, efficient, strong analytical skills, and writing flair. Hands-on in Excel, PowerPoint presentation, and good at report writing.

CORPORATE FINANCE - MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities
- Conduct corporate assignments covering M&A, feasibility studies, and corporate exercises.
- Evaluate investment / divestment proposals and feasibility studies. Build detailed financial models.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documentation, as required by Bursa announcements, to carry out corporate exercises.
- Ensure the Company complies with the listing requirements of Bursa Securities, Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, the Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- To lead or participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management from time to time.
