About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Intern, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
• Support vendor coordination and site inspections.
• Assist in special projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
• Coordinate guest services, meeting / training room bookings and walk-in queries.
• Support mailroom services, courier handling and pantry / office supplies inventory.
• Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
• Support facility-related matters such as access cards, lobby / parking access, locker management and new joiner preparation.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues and support preventive maintenance coordination.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
