Civil & Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible to produce detailed design and coordination of projects including road and drainage, earthwork, water supply and sewerage.
• Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.
• Develops and maintains a schedule for project plans and monitors progress.
• Execute, coordinate and supervise progress of Civil Engineering projects.
• Perform technical design including proposal, plan, quantity analysis, calculation and estimation in handling client's enquiry; gather and provide technical inputs and detailed product specifications.
• To complete all civil and structural design and drawings for submission and approval.
• Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly.
• Attend site meetings, client consultant meetings and other related project meetings.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractor, clients and relevant local authorities for related projects.
• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time.
• Work closely and regularly update with other engineers and draughtsmen on any design changes or drawing revisions.
• Deliver projects to the required quality, timeline and budget.
