Role Overview
Venovox is seeking a strategic and people‑focused Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to drive the company’s people and culture initiatives in alignment with business goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), this role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, ensuring the effective delivery of HR strategies that foster engagement, performance, and growth across the organization.
The HRBP will play a key role in organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions‑driven HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and is passionate about shaping a people‑first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the COO and department heads to align people strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Support leadership in driving cultural transformation, engagement, and performance excellence initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts in partnership with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, probation, and career development programs to enhance employee experience and retention.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives that build capability across teams.
- Manage the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring consistency, fairness, and accountability.
- Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain and continuously update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer (CCRO) to ensure alignment between HR and compliance frameworks.
- Support audit and documentation requirements related to employment and workplace practices.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee data accuracy.
- Track HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, etc.) and prepare reports for leadership review.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or advisory capacity.Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands‑on operational delivery.Proven success working in dynamic, fast‑paced, or scaling environments.Seniority Level
