Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Post job ads, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and follow up with candidates
- Maintain relationships with job platforms, universities and recruitment partners
- Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
2. HR Administration
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR files (offer letters, contracts, warning letters, exit documents, etc.)Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers and resignation proceduresManage attendance and leave records, and support payroll preparation3. HR Policies & Compliance
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs and the Employee HandbookEnsure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and regulationsSupport disciplinary procedures and provide basic HR guidance to managers and staff4. Employee Relations, Culture & Events
Act as a contact point for employee questions, feedback and concernsHelp plan and organise staff activities (birthdays, team bonding, festive events, incentives, etc.)Assist in planning and executing company events such as annual dinner , team building and internal celebrationsSupport gifting seasons to customers and partners (e.g. festive hampers / appreciation gifts) including list coordination, vendor liaison and simple logistics follow-upSupport management in building a positive, transparent and performance-driven culture5. Performance & Development
