Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping for KL-based operations
Monitor and execute treasury and cash management operations
Handle full set of accounts for non-active subsidiaries and manage year-end audits
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements
Work closely with other branches for reporting and consolidation
Prepare internal reports and schedules for management as needed
Help maintain compliance-related financial records (e.g. audit trail, supporting documents)
Requirements
3–4 years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a regulated or financial services environment.
Able to handle full set of accounts, end-to-end understanding of GL and accounting flow
Strong attention to detail, good with numbers, and comfortable with routine tasks
Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Trustworthy and discreet when handling financial and confidential information
