We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to manage critical finance functions and support the Finance Manager with month‑end closing, reconciliations, and general accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure closing of the account by the 1st working day of the month, before 2 pm.
• Reconcile AR & AP sub‑ledger with the General Ledger.
• Perform vendor reconciliation, addressing outstanding issues within 60 days, if any.
• Perform bank reconciliation, addressing outstanding issues within 60 days, if any.
• Perform inter‑company reconciliation and confirmation on a quarterly basis.
• Accounts Payable : capture all vendor invoices on a timely basis; process payments (local, overseas, staff related); perform monthly creditor reconciliation.
• Accounts Receivable : assist in invoicing & debt collection process, if required; perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist and work closely with the Finance Manager for month‑end closing, staff claims, and other general admin duties as needed.
