Job descriptionCandidates must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 5 years of related working experience Experience with handling Government projects
Responsibilities
- Prepare letter of award, taking off quantities, claims, certificates of payments, cost analysis, variation orders, final account and etc.
- Work out quotation and costing of projects
- Resolving contractual disputes, contract claims and others
- Conduct site survey and measurement work
- Manage and supervise day to day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule
