As the Sales Leader for the ASEAN Region, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing business across all value streams. Your role will focus on identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships to meet the diverse needs of each market within the ASEAN region.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of each ASEAN market.Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients, including OEMs and dealer networks.Client Engagement : Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and present innovative service solutions that drive value.Collaboration : Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to leverage resources and ensure seamless service delivery.Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management, and implementing necessary actions to meet targets.Who We're Looking For :
Skills :
Proven track record in successful Business Development or Project Delivery in Automotive Sales / ServiceProven understanding of the automotive industryDemonstrated capabilities at engaging Clients (OEM, Dealer Managers) and presenting service solutionsProven existing relationship within the Automotive industry at OEMs and / or Distributors and / or Dealer Groups requiredAbilities at working with regional / global teamsExperiences :
At least 5–7 years in Sales, Business Development, Project Management for OEM or Automotive Service ProviderA successful Dealer Performance Consultant, Business Management Consultant are consideredExperience in automotive, retail, or related industries is strongly preferredExcellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skillsStrong follow-through and visible ownership of outcomesQualifications :
Malaysian permanent work rights onlyBachelor's degree in Business Management and / or MarketingExcellent command of English; Tagalog proficiency highly desirableProficient in MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPointSeniority level
