The Creative Director is responsible for leading the overall creative vision and brand direction for the group. This role oversees all aspects of visual communication, advertising, digital marketing, and brand experience, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high-quality creative output across every customer touchpoint. The Creative Director works closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that strengthen the brand’s market presence and drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative or design roles, with at least 3 years in a Creative Director role.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing campaigns, and creative direction within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of digital and social media marketing, including Meta Ads and visual storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives and deliver under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and uphold the brand identity across the group, marketing platforms, and visual materials.Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative campaigns for advertising, promotions, and new product launches.Direct and supervise media & creative team to deliver compelling and effective visual storytelling.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align creative strategies with business goals and seasonal campaigns.Manage and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and deadlines.Provide art direction for photo and video shoots, with a focus on styling, mood, and brand tone.Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and design innovations relevant to the industry.Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, production houses, and freelancers.Seniority Level
