About the Role
We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the next era of brand, space, and experience development across WFH Group - a growing collective of fitness, wellness, social, and lifestyle brands.
You won’t just be directing visuals, you’ll be shaping how our brands live across real spaces , digital storytelling , events , and revenue-driven creative opportunities . From bringing a new Pickle,Padel, wellness& lifestyle concept to life, to designing brand activations within our developments, to monetising our media reach through creative partnerships, this is a hybrid creative-commercial role at the heart of our next stage of growth.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
The Creative Director will lead and elevate the creative vision across all brands under the holding company, ensuring strategic alignment, brand differentiation, and high-impact execution. This role is responsible for developing innovative campaigns, fostering a strong brand presence, and driving engagement through cutting-edge design, content, and experiential marketing.
With a focus on brand storytelling, placemaking, researching new lifestyle & wellness concepts, brand activations and launch, multi-brand synergy, digital content / media outreach, and creative innovation, the Creative Director will play a critical role in expanding the company's influence across fitness, wellness, hospitality, and community-driven spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Vision, Strategy & Identity
- Define and evolve the brand architecture across all WFH brands
- Lead visual and verbal identity development across new concepts, brand refreshes, and campaign moments
- Lead the development of brand identity systems for new and existing concepts
- Develop cross-brand campaigns that drive culture and community, not just content
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Establish and maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.
- Lead rebranding or brand evolution projects as needed to keep the brands fresh and competitive.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement
Placemaking & Concept Creation
Develop experiential brand concepts that integrate movement, wellness, and social connection into physical spacesTranslate business ideas into lifestyle placemaking experiences for courts, gyms, F&B, recovery zones, pop-ups, retail, and moreLead concept design for brand presence in mixed-use developments, events, or public venuesWork with operations and real estate leads to ensure creative concepts translate into viable business modelsBusiness & Revenue-Driven Creative Strategy
Ideate new monetisable creative verticals : brand partnerships, content series, pop-up formats, events, drops, branded merchandise, etc.Support commercial team in creating Athleisure collabs, branded activations , or media content opportunitiesCollaborate on proposals that pitch creative-led revenue streams - e.g., licensing, sponsorships, content monetisationDevelop unique campaign concepts that drive sales, memberships, and brand loyalty.Develop original design concepts and visual storytelling approaches for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.Create mood boards, sketches, and prototypes to present concepts to stakeholders.Refine and iterate designs based on feedback and project requirements.Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh inspiration to the teamManage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Campaigns, Content & Experience
Lead 360° campaign development for launches, events, and seasonal momentsOversee high-quality creative output : video, social, photography, print, digitalExpand brand awareness through community-driven experiential marketingLeverage expertise in experiential marketing to create immersive brand experiences.Develop high-impact brand activations, leveraging physical spaces like The Courts, outdoor spaces (PSC) & indoor spaces (TRIBE)Creative Systems, Team, and Execution
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.Create and maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, campaign timelines, and content calendarsSet review checkpoints, feedback loops, and quality control processesFacilitate brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.Ensure cohesion across all consumer touchpoints : websites, socials, physical spaces, merch, etc.Act as a role model for creative excellence, encouraging originality, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary creative team across design, content, and productionLead vendor and agency relationships where needed (production, web, photo, etc.)Implement project tracking systems to manage creative timelines and deadlines effectively.Optimize collaboration processes between creative, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.Implement data-driven content strategies to maximize reach and conversion.Set up review and quality control processes to ensure all creative work meets brand and business standards.Project & Team Management
Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, from ideation to final delivery.Develop and manage project timelines to ensure smooth workflow and timely asset delivery.Adapt and roll out approved concepts across different media channels (digital, print, advertising, events, etc.).Coordinate with external vendors and production partners to ensure high-quality execution of printed and digital materials.Ideal Candidate
Between 5–9 years of experience in creative direction, branding, experiential marketing, or placemakingExperience launching or shaping brands within physical spaces - not just digitalStrategic thinker who understands how creativity drives business growthAble to move from big-picture brand vision to hands-on execution oversightCommercially aware : understands how creativity impacts monetisation, media, partnershipsGreat taste, original ideas, and the confidence to lead from the frontComfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environmentsCollaborative, proactive, and excellent with cross-functional team environmentsSeniority level
