Job description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to align with the company's risk appetite and compliance objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the fintech / payment industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance risk management capabilities.
Design and optimize risk models and frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks effectively.
Provide strategic guidance to the operational teams for proactive risk identification and resolution.

Job Requirement : Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience, with preference given to candidates from banking, payment institutions, or consulting industries. Machine learning or modeling experience is advantageous.

Proficiency in SQL / algorithmic data processing and at least one analytical tool (e.g., SAS, Python, R).

Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation, learning agility, innovative application capabilities, and cross-functional communication skills.

Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin / English. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage
