What you'll be doing?

• Machine Setup : Ensure CNC machines are properly configured for each production run, adjusting tool offsets, workpiece clamping, and machine parameters to meet job requirements.
• Production Planning : Optimize efficiency by scheduling and organizing production runs, coordinating with other departments to meet targets.
• Tool Management : Maintain inventory of cutting tools and accessories, ensuring uninterrupted production through timely ordering and replacement.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee quality control processes, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain high product standards.
• Efficiency Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to enhance CNC machine productivity through optimized cutting parameters and programming techniques.
• Training and Supervision : Guide and mentor machine operators and junior machinists, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
• Problem Solving : Address technical issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Multi-Machine Operation : Manage two CNC machines simultaneously, maximizing production capacity while maintaining quality standards.
