Overview

SFAI Malaysia PLT is a member of the globally recognized SFAI Global network based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. SFAI ranks 20th among the top accounting firms worldwide. Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Transfer Pricing team in Malaysia.
Oversee the profit & loss (P&L) of the division, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Provide strategic direction and ensure compliance with global and local transfer pricing regulations.
Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within a multinational or professional services environment.

Deep understanding of international and local transfer pricing rules, OECD guidelines, and documentation requirements.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of managing people and operations.

Commercial acumen with the ability to drive P&L accountability.

High integrity, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
