• Collaboration with UX / CX Teams : Works closely with designers, researchers, and product teams to align content with user needs.
• Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Malay to ensure clarity and inclusivity across diverse user groups.
• Consistency & Strategy : Maintains consistent tone and terminology across platforms, with knowledge of design systems and content standards.
