Job descriptionCoordinate and manage the development of M&E BIM models for Data Centre projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with client and company standards. Lead and support M&E BIM coordination meetings, identifying clashes and driving resolution with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Review and validate models, shop drawings, and construction documents to ensure alignment with project specifications and design intent. Collaborate closely with design consultants, engineers, and site teams to provide BIM-related technical support during design and construction stages. Maintain BIM execution plans, model standards, and documentation processes in line with company BIM protocols. Conduct clash detection, model audits, and quality checks to ensure model integrity and construction readiness. Support digital construction initiatives, 4D / 5D simulations, and integration with project scheduling and cost control teams when required. Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams and subcontractors on BIM-related requirements and workflows. Ensure all M&E BIM deliverables are produced and submitted on time according to project milestones. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline. Minimum Strong knowledge of M&E services, construction methodologies, and data centre design requirements. Proficient in Familiar with international BIM standards and ISO 19650 compliance. Proven ability to manage coordination between multiple trades in complex projects. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within project timelines.

- . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) BIM models, ensuring design integrity, clash detection, and compliance with project standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
5 years of experience
in BIM coordination, with at least
2–3 years in Data Centre or other mission-critical projects
preferred.
Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms)
