Company Driver

Overview

Join Julie’s Biscuits as a Company Driver. In this role you will transport our directors, staff, and guests while ensuring safety, vehicle upkeep, and reliable delivery of documents and supplies.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely transport company directors, staff, and guests to designated locations such as airports, hotels, and offices.
• Maintain the company’s vehicles by ensuring regular servicing, cleanliness, and proper maintenance.
• Record vehicle usage, mileage, and digital device transactions before and after each use.
• Report any accidents, breakdowns, or damage to the superior immediately.
• Manage all affairs as requested by internal departments, including document-related matters to banks, government offices, hostels, and companies / shops in Melaka or Alor Gajah.
• Fetch workers as required for overtime, injection, FOMEMA, airport, hospital / clinic, etc.
• Ensure timely service for both passenger transport and delivery / collection of documents.
• Never smoke while driving and drive carefully to ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior or the company.
