Job descriptionOffer thorough technical and administrative assistance for online workshops and training sessions Oversee virtual conference tools and platforms to guarantee seamless event execution Quickly address technical issues to ensure a positive experience for participants Organize pre-event preparations and post-event follow-up activities Process payments via various payment gateways and follow up on overdue payments Develop and maintain documentation using multiple digital tools and platforms Monitor customer feedback and share insights with relevant team members Support marketing efforts to promote upcoming events and services Track service quality metrics and implement improvements based on customer input Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols in all client interactions Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and improved customer satisfaction Document best practices and assist in creating training materials for new team members Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or similar roles Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Proficiency in managing online conference tools and virtual meeting platforms Experience with payment gateway systems and basic financial processing Strong documentation skills and familiarity with various digital productivity tools Demonstrated ability to manage stress effectively in fast-paced environments Open-minded and flexible approach to taking on diverse tasks and responsibilities Experience in the education or training industry Familiarity with AI concepts or educational technology Background in event management or coordination Knowledge of CRM systems and customer onboarding processes Proficiency in G Suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with virtual conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Familiarity with payment processing systems and basic financial tracking Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools quickly Positive mindset and can-do attitude Exceptional customer service orientation with a positive, solution-focused attitude Strong time management and prioritization abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Adaptability and resilience in handling changing priorities Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
