Admin & Support, Fleet Management - SPX Express

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of SPX’s in-house / in-source couriers, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, payroll and disciplinary processes.
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project continuity and execution
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Support the improvement and optimization of existing project processes & workflows
  • Maintain accurate and updated records for all relevant trackers
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line

Requirements

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
  • Excellent command of English, ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu) is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are also welcomed to apply.
